"We had a lovely spacious room with a balcony with a table & chairs, giving a breath-taking view over the sea & the coast beyond. We were impressed by the food - the breakfast was a buffet, with the usual hot stuff, plus toast, croissants, pastries, cereals, fruit & yoghurts. Dinner was a set 3 course meal with 3 or 4 quality options for each course, including vegetarian. Other guests told us they cater very well for special dietary requirements. All the staff we encountered were friendly & helpful. We'll definitely be back. "

"I really loved this place! It's full of character, very welcoming, utterly charming. I was surprised to receive a full English breakfast, and was impressed that they are fully prepared to offer gluten-free options! My room was small, but it's exactly what I booked, and everything worked. I even had a little balcony! And I had a lovely hour sitting out in the little courtyard with a Devon cider (which the hotel sells), reading and listening to the tinkling water in the little fountain. I'd come to Exeter again just to stay here!!!"

"Perfect for attending an event at Sandy Park. Breakfast offered at a fixed £15.00 with no option offered for a continental breakfast or to-go breakfast. Too much for these options!"

"The main features of the hotel were very good and the exterior and views were great. Our room was good, but the outside patio could have done with a clean, also the patio furniture should be replaced because they are showing their age. The bathroom was in very good condition, except for the bath panel which is in need of replacing. Overall though we enjoyed our stay at the Passage House Hotel. "
