"There was a Christmas tree and decorations which made the house feel quite festive. The house was very comfortable and warm with plenty of space for the family of 5 adults and a dog. The facilities were a bit mixed - The living room tv was not working but this was sorted quite quickly. "Cottage was home from home, spotless and had everything we needed. Fiona and David were very welcoming and gave us ideas where to visit. The outdoor seating area by the water was idyllic. Cottage was in a good location easy walking distance to Balloch and small supermarket nearby. Would definitely stay again"

"The cottage is located just over a mile from the A811 to Drymen. Be careful at the junction a road mirror for exiting would be useful, and is about 2 miles from Drymen which is a lovely village with good places to eat and drink. During July and August a pipe band plays on the village green on a Thursday evening.
