Check in across the road at an enticing Indian Restaurant - able to safely park car in the Restaurant Car Park - room was very clean, comfortable bed, great shower, larger than usual TV. Room looked out on a busy dual carriageway but noise limited by glazed window and noise from pub downstairs was bearable and ended at closing time. Pricing was incredible. Will definitely be back."

"This property is more like an Air BnB than a hotel. I was emailed the front door entrance code and the room key was in the room. The entrance and hallway were very well decorated with clean (possible new) carpets. It smelled fresh. The room was equally as clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. "We liked the Alamo overall. The only drawback for us was the bathroom set up - which was in the bedroom, arranged in two separate parts - toilet one side and shower the other with an open bath in the middle. This didn’t suit us at all but could be improved by having a curtain that could be pulled across the gap. Apart from this we enjoyed our stay - the breakfast and staff were excellent. "
