"I checked in late in the evening out of receptionist's regular working hours. In the room was hand written wifi passcode, which I could not read. Therefore, I called what they say is "emergency number" without any call back. I WhatsApped them to get renponse on the next morning. You may imagine how inconvenient it is without wifi throughout the night. Even during regular working hours, receptionist is not always available. Housekeeping is not an every day service. You need pay extra for that."
