"El hotel es exelente, muy bien ubicado, muy buena atencion. El desayuno es rico y variado. El restaurante muy bueno. El unico problema fue con la recomendacion de tomar un taxi de regreso al aeropuerto, se ve que el empleado llamo a su "amigo', nos hizo salir mas temprano de lo necesario y su "amigo nos cobro 130 sloty por un viaje de 15 minutos. Comviene viajar en Uber o Bolt."

"The room is clean, good and spacious. There is a simple breakfast (croissant and coffee) provided at the lobby. Water is free to refill with your choice of still or sparkling. There is a few downsides of the room. The mattress is too soft for us. It is very easy to splash water to the floor when you shower even you tried to do it very carefully. Not enough hook at the bathroom. Since they won’t change towels in a daily basis, I think it is needed enough hook to hang the towels. "

"This hotel by far was our best stay in Warsaw. We stayed at Raddison Blu, Hilton also and this one was superior to the others. Staff were super friendly and wanted to be helpful. The most amazing buffet breakfast by far, one of the best we have ever had in all Europe. Price was definitely great value for what you got and the hotel was easy with small children. The only thing that could be improved is increasing the size of the gym which was tiny with a handful of equipment offered"
