"Pro’s; home was very clean and ready upon arrival. All appliances inside and out were in working order, convenient and easy to use. Furniture and bedding was clean, comfortable and well organized. Home was well appointed with ample furniture and amenities. Very comfortable. Cons; outdoor pool area had quite a few weeds growing around the perimeter of the yard. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms did not have a dresser to store clothes in drawers. Water pressure in the upstairs bathroom sink...

"This house is one of the nicer houses we've rented at the shore at this price point. Location was great. Walk a few blocks in one direction to the boardwalk, and a few blocks in the other direction to take a break from the beach and check out some of the shops and restaurants. Pool and deck were also great and got plenty of use. "

"My friends & I had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It was a little late for the pool & the owner agreed to keep it open one more weekend for us. The rooms were very accommodating & the deck was a perfect spot for an afternoon beverage & snacks. We all had such a great stay that we will definitely return the next time we meet at the Shore. "The best part about our stay was the private beach access. While the house was cute and what you’d generally expect for a beach house, there were a number of things that were disappointing given the price of the rental. For example, it was advertised that there was a washing machine but you couldn’t load the detergent. One of the air vents was taped into the wall (otherwise it fell out) and it was difficult to open/lock some of the doors."
