We had a couple of hiccups during our stay but Kyle was wonderful to work with and quickly made everything right. "The Ham Fam Lakehouse was lovely, well appointed, comfortable, and the lake view was fabulous! We enjoyed the gas fireplace on chill mornings, and the sunset view in the evenings. The lake was easily accessible and we enjoyed walking the driftwood strewn beach. We had a few minor concerns the first days, but they were immediately addressed and remedied by the management team. "Overall a nice place on the water. Beautiful view ! House is bright and open. Somewhat outdated and could use an update to furniture and appliances. Dishwasher wasn’t attached to the counter and just pulled away when I opened the door. Microwave over the range was non-functional. Needed extra blankets as the included nlankets were paper thin. "

Very good place to stay!

"We stayed 3 nights, and what was a surprise was we were next door to the Drive-In theatre (4!), and because we were guests of the Starlight Inn, we could attend the movies for free! Nice. There was a small fridge, microwave and small coffee machine (not a Keurig; you had to use their packets which were like teabags [sorry, my husband used it and couldn't remember the name]). There was a way to turn down the brightness of the alarm clock (on the bottom). You just need something thin and strong. No timer on the TV, but that was minor. A king-size bed! Nice tub/shower unit. Very clean. We were in the "Julia Roberts" room. There was an easy chair, and a desk and a chair, two sinks, lots of towels (SOFT!!!), and tissues! We were close to the street, and that was a little noisy, but it was crowded because it was a holiday weekend. We booked two weeks before, so there were slim pickings. Overall, very nice! I'd stay there again!"

"The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location is super for hopping on or off I-87. Thank you Kay at the front desk for a warm welcome, and for the guy on the floor who didn't speak to the customer (me) but immediately took action by speaking to someone in the office. The people who were alerted also promptly showed up front desk because they saw a customer at the unmanned front desk. The ladies at the dining place were cheerful and helpful. Kudos, guys. You define teamwork in a broad setting. "
