"The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location is super for hopping on or off I-87. Thank you Kay at the front desk for a warm welcome, and for the guy on the floor who didn't speak to the customer (me) but immediately took action by speaking to someone in the office. The people who were alerted also promptly showed up front desk because they saw a customer at the unmanned front desk. The ladies at the dining place were cheerful and helpful. Kudos, guys. You define teamwork in a broad setting. "

"Very nice rooms, coffee is 24/7. We were visiting family in the area so we didn't try the breakfast. Slept good on the plush mattress with plenty of room in our king bed. "

"Beautiful hotel! Super clean and new. Friendly staff. The pool was green but apparently the health department checked and it has to do with the “paint” color. The hot tub was wonderful. Breakfast needs to be refilled more frequently. For the short duration of 6-9 for breakfast there should be full trays at 8:15 and they were bare. Guests had to ask for refills. Even at 8:45 there should be enough for guests with young children to access the warm meals with staff nearby to help refill. (2 days in a row there were empty trays well before 9:00am) Overall; the room was comfortable, clean and the lobby welcoming. We would come back. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a nice visit!! "
