"We have a fabulous stay here. 4 of us with 2 adults 2 14yr olds. Train station 10-15 min walk, great local cafe & restaurant. Close to supermarket. Quiet, safe and stunning. Very kind a very fast to deal with any issues raised."

"It was a disappointment that the pool was closed when we arrived. This was the attraction for me to book this hotel. The restaurant for dinner was beautiful. Staff attentive and food great. Highly recommend the dinner here. Breakfast we found very underwhelming. No honey left. no yoghurt left, only a few pieces of bread available. Choice of cornflakes or chocolate flakes. No fresh fruit at all. This was at 8.30am Kitchen staff obviously weren't in kitchen - no hot food. Huge variety of beautiful cakes for breakfast, unfortunately cake for breakfast is not for everyone. We had to go to reception to find service to get coffee/tea."

"Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss...."

"This hotel was wonderful. Our room and bathroom were a bit small, but we opened onto a balcony with a lovely view so we didn’t feel at all claustrophobic. The bed was extremely comfortable. Best of all was dinner in the main restaurant. Clearly a five star meal at a very reasonable price. Parking right in front of the hotel was a definite plus. "

"Excellent hotel! If you have a car this is a great spot. Close enough to city center by car, ample parking on site. Hotel was extremely clean and recently renovated. Staff was wonderful and very helpful/accomodating. Would definitely stay here again! :)"

"Amazing place to stay! The staff are incredible and the food in their restaurant is some of the best around! If you are not planning on renting a car, maybe stay closer to Rome, but if you have one this place is to die for!"
