"Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss...."

"I am reluctant to give a good review because I would like to keep this place a secret but that would be unfair to the rest of the world. This was a wonderful country villa. My wife and I came here to unwind, relax and reconnect. It was a wonderful stay in a quite country setting. The view of the olive groves and vineyards is spectacular. We were lucky that the fruit trees were producing and had fresh fruit every morning picked from the property. We never met the host Francesco, however we met...

"We have a fabulous stay here. 4 of us with 2 adults 2 14yr olds. Train station 10-15 min walk, great local cafe & restaurant. Close to supermarket. Quiet, safe and stunning. Very kind a very fast to deal with any issues raised."
