He accused us of not arriving on time, when no time had been agreed, yet we were there at 4:30pm when arrivals were from 3pm. "This was,a,quick two night stay. Our host was incredible accommodating. The room was clean and well furnished. The bed could have been more comfortable for us, but that is always a personal preference. Breakfast was very nice both mornings. Valarie provided very helpful guidance on getting around town and things to see and do."

"Positives - pleasant location. Room fine. Clean and tidy. Negatives- not as advertised. No bar, deli, swimming pool, garden, tables and chairs, or atmosphere. We discovered on arrival most facilities were closed because of change of ownership. So if you plan to stay soon, be warned…currently not what it says on the tin! A 5 mile drive for something to eat in the evening was the last thing we expected. "

"The cottage is nice but not cleaned on a daily basis which is strange and not ideal. The bedsheets are not smooth quite rough and therefore not comfortable. Quite expensive for a bed and breakfast at the middle of nowhere "

"Masai Mara suite was spacious and well appointed. Double sink and large shower. Staff was helpful. Make sure you get the entry code to get in before you arrive. They send it to you by email the morning you are to arrive. There is no 24 hr. reception like a hotel. Good location a short walk to shops and cafes. "

"The castle is in a beautiful spot. Close to the vineyards and Saint-Emilion. We were in France for 12 days and this was our favorite part. The Patio room is absolutely beautiful! "
