"Really nice stay really convenient location for the station and Bordeaux city centre just a tram journey. Room was spacious and clean, shower was ok but wasn’t that powerful, only one iron so if you wanted it you had to hope no one else was using it. Would highly recommend due to location and the quietness of the place."

"Masai Mara suite was spacious and well appointed. Double sink and large shower. Staff was helpful. Make sure you get the entry code to get in before you arrive. They send it to you by email the morning you are to arrive. There is no 24 hr. reception like a hotel. Good location a short walk to shops and cafes. "

"After a long week of travel throughout France, this was the perfect place to rest and rejuvenate. It’s in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from a tram line and wonderful restaurants. While we weren’t able to enjoy the morning breakfast or meet the hosts/ staff, the rest of the amenities were great, especially the amazingly comfortable bed. "Positives - pleasant location. Room fine. Clean and tidy. Negatives- not as advertised. No bar, deli, swimming pool, garden, tables and chairs, or atmosphere. We discovered on arrival most facilities were closed because of change of ownership. So if you plan to stay soon, be warned…currently not what it says on the tin! A 5 mile drive for something to eat in the evening was the last thing we expected. "
