"This made me think of spending the night at my grandma's. The furniture was a bit outdated but it was clean. I actually take my swiffer mop with me and clean up the floors and I really didn't get much dirt in this place. The shower was a bit older in some areas as was the sink. The bed was comfortable enough for a night. The staff was friendly. I felt safe here and would definitely stay again during the week."

"The customer service was outstanding except that the automated system sent me 14 e-mails (the same) at check-in. Otherwise, they were VERY responsive to my reply to their text system asking if everything was OK. I made a few comments that were dealt with immediately and efficiently- with kindness. My only complaints were the noise of other guests (couldn't be helped by the office/staff because the rooms just were not well insulated so sound carried easily) and the bed was way too soft/lumpy...

"We got a suite room for a great price and it was just what our family needed on our road trip. The separate room allowed the crying baby to be taken out of where everyone else was sleeping. Everyone we interacted with was kind. The hotel was clean. We enjoyed breakfast, which included yummy scrambled eggs, sausage, belgian waffles, buscuits/gravy, hot oatmeal, 4 cereal options, and bagels/toast. If we travel this way again, we will be back. "
