"Annie and Ross are the most welcoming hosts! This was our first time to Tassie and Ross had maps and ideas on hand to navigate us around the beautiful countryside! The town of “Launie” was so charming, so good for kids to run and play. The home is a small cottage on the river, with gorgeous views and a perfect back porch to relax. My girls loved the yard full of flowers! The kitchen was perfect for cooking, fully stocked with everything you could ever need. The beds were super comfy. There were plenty of board games, books, WiFi, etc… We honestly didn’t want to leave. When we return to Tassie, we will absolutely return and spend some time back at Annies cottage!"

"Beautiful property! The owners were very friendly and kind. I had a bite from hiking in the bush of Tasmania and they provided me with pain relievers and offered to take me to the ER. Super kind people and very welcoming. Property was very quiet and comfortable and I was able to do laundry at the property. Cute little town to explore. Very pleasant pool to swim in as well, highly recommend this property 😀"

"The cabin was well set up and very comfortable, and just a few minutes drive from the spectacular alpine areas of the world heritage conservation zone. We enjoyed some great hikes within an easy drive of the cabin, and in the evenings relaxed with the lake view and then made use of the comfy couch by the fire. "
