"This is my family’s second stay in this house. I grew up in Hamilton and come back home for the holidays with my kids (and now grandkids). The house is very clean and provides what we need- a clean place to sleep and shower, and prep/cook food to bring to the gathering. The host is great to work with also! I’ve rented from him 3 times and will be back next year! "

"The property was suitable for our needs. The information and check in was easy. However, the property does not have adequate furniture in it to suit the capacity. It seems very empty and can't seat what it can sleep. There were toiletries and towels which was nice. The house could be a great VRBO and has potential, but needs to be cleaned up, dusted, spider webs, and the yard needs a clean up-lots of trash and leaves. "Unfortunately we were here for a funeral, however the listing was true to what we received! Location in neighborhood was very nice no issues. The home itself was laid out wonderful and it was a very clean home. There was bad weather with tornado watches and the full basement came in handy just for comfort!. The host had really fast and good communication and we would recommend this and stay again."
