My family of four reserved a two-double room for 3 nights here when visiting family. When we arrived we asked if we could change over to a king room and the gentleman at the front desk (I’m sure he was the manager) was very friendly and was able to easily make the change for us saying it would give us more room, which we appreciated with two young children who slept in portable cribs. He also let us charge our EV car in the wall outlet of the building since the local chargers were out of service. The facility itself is an older building but it has been well taken care of over the years. Some things are dated and dented but the bed and pillows were great, water was hot, carpet was clean, air conditioner and tv worked - all the amenities were there for us. The breakfast was simple and consisted of cereal, juice, coffee, fresh fruit, package pastries. Our only issue was that our room didn’t get cleaned until the third day when we had decided to reserve one more night. The housekeeper was very short with us, we were getting ready after our first night and she was speeding around the hallway so when she knocked on the door and I answered she was gone then just reappeared from another room to ask if we needed anything. I asked for towels thinking she would come back later when we left to clean and she didn’t. The next day my husband asked the manager and he said she should clean daily. She didn’t until our 3rd day after we told the manager twice. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay
