"We spend 2 nights over New Years in the Cabin. While the weather did not cooperate, the cabin and host really helped. The Cabin is perfectly equipped for a family with kids. Playroom with an abundance of toys, a great Livingroom and cozy kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were easy to work with and helpful. They were accommodating in anyway they could. We will be back! I highly recommend for a woods and Lake getaway. enjoy what NH has to offer. "

"It was great! A perfect getaway in the woods. We didn't have the wifi password initially, and it said to reach out through the app. But we couldn't get online to ask. Could have been weather related, as the message went through the next day. Living room TV had Youtube TV, which was great. Bedrooms did not. Downstairs bathroom sink didn't drain. These are all very minor, we appreciated our stay very much and would certainly do it again!"

"The cabin was amazing. We stayed for 3 nights. The waterfall and nature surrounding the cabin were beautiful. Had a small issue when we arrived with the heater. However, after a quick text with Vinnie, he was there in a few minutes and had us back in good shape. The internet and cell coverage is pretty limited, but at a place like that, who needs internet. We just had a tough time getting a hold of the kids to check in back home. Highly recommend and Vinnie is super responsive. "

"Stayed with my husband, son, daughter in law and 3 year old granddaughter. We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very well appointed. Morning walks to the river and roasting marshmallows at night. Butterflies, wild turkeys, and a toad were highlights for the little one. A short drive to Wellington state park and about 30 minutes to restaurants. I imagine it would also be a perfect location in fall and winter"

"Cotton Lake Cabin was the perfect HQ for a fall weekend with teens. My son mountain biked at nearby Highlands Park but also found the cabin's mountain road equally enjoyable to ride. The day began with a beautiful sunrise and then the mountains called....returned to enjoy a quiet evening gazing at the stars. We will return! Thank you."

"The host was sooo incredibly welcoming !! She made fresh muffins every morning that were amazing . There are maps and brochures for things to do but she personally will assist you and help you plan! "Great house in a great secluded area but still close enough. Stayed with a 4yo and baby and there was a lot of space to spread out and gates to keep the baby safe. Very nice host. There were some tech issues which are fine and expected in a secluded place. All of the bedrooms had TVs with connections (one had a DVD player instead) but none of these would work to connect. It was definitely manageable and not the main reason we were there (the main TV did work well) just a little frustrating for...

Room way to small for 6 adults maybe 4 and still pushing it. No preferred parking parking space to small for my truck but put other vehicle there and paid for extra parking spot. Left came back that night no spot avail in parking lot had to park 1/4 mile down on strip over night. When we came back from visiting family that night around 10 pm...

"We stayed for three nights, including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day/Night. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. Even though it was a holiday week, Marysia was very quick to respond to questions. We are five adults and were in the area to visit family and friends. We will definitely stay here again."
