"Mary Lou was GREAT to work with. She was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to my questions. Unfortunately, we did not get to stay at her beautiful property due to the airlines internet problems in July. Our flight was canceled and we couldn’t reschedule for the weekend. Mary Lou was very sympathetic and tried to help with VRBO but was unable to. We will reserve her house when we travel to New Hampshire in the future. "

"Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. "We stayed for three nights, including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day/Night. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. Even though it was a holiday week, Marysia was very quick to respond to questions. We are five adults and were in the area to visit family and friends. We will definitely stay here again."

"It was great! A perfect getaway in the woods. We didn't have the wifi password initially, and it said to reach out through the app. But we couldn't get online to ask. Could have been weather related, as the message went through the next day. Living room TV had Youtube TV, which was great. Bedrooms did not. Downstairs bathroom sink didn't drain. These are all very minor, we appreciated our stay very much and would certainly do it again!"
