"Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First vacation in new hampshire in many years..always used vrbo but tried this company...location was great..house was not clean, septic overflowed a few times....mouse urine and droppings in the couch..should have been checked out...
