"My son (14) and I (49) ised the cabin as a jump off spot to snowboard Cannon and Waterville Valley. It was a bit of a drive to each but worth it to hang out in the woods. I think I saw one car go by the whole time. But, amenities are not too far away. We cooked all our meals, and the knives need sharpening. "

"This is our fourth time in Lincoln and our first time at the Pemi Cabins. We previously stayed at hotels (Days Inn, Best Western, etc) and our stay at The Pemi Cabin has been our favorite. We were there for 8 nights. The cabin was cozy and looked recently renovated. We stayed in Cabin 6. "A few friends and I (plus our pups) wanted to find a nice cabin to have a weekend getaway. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin. The cabin was spacious, clean and very cozy! The dogs also had so much space to run around outside! We are planning to come back next year!"

"A bit out of the way but a cozy cabin with a nice view. The roads were muddy after some unseasonably warm days but a fun weekend nonetheless."

"Quaint cabin, everything was as advertised, plenty of room for 8 people (4 adults, 4 teens) plus a dog. Marybeth even allowed us to check out late to accommodate skiing on check-out day."

"Owner was great with communication. We had a major snowstorm and they plowed us out along with cleaning off my truck! The only issue is that there is no place to store your clothes. It would be nice to have hooks in the bathroom. Great location and very clean , highly recommended. "

"Nice cabin, well prepared and a great place to stay for skiing Cannon. "

"Overall the property was perfect for our group. 3 couples touring the fall foilage. House was clean, hot tub worked great. When we arrived we had no hot water. There was no heating oil. We reported it to Vacasa and the problem was fixed the next day. Suggestion to the owner FILL THE FUEL TANK!! Dont just put a couple gallons in. Other than that we loved the house, loved the location, fall colors were beautiful. some invest"

"The cabin was easy to find and the host was very responsive. This was a perfect last minute find and it was just right for our 2 day stay at Lincoln. There was a tiny stream right behind which looked beautiful with all the fall colors. The place was closeby to scenic drives and was well equipped with all the essentials. "
