It all started with great communication about the planning needed for navigating snowy mountain roads, great and responsive answers to the few questions we had, and then the stay itself was fantastic. Incredibly clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, fast WiFi, and hot showers with lots of water pressure. Will definitely book again. "

I didn’t know it was a tri-level which I feel like is important to know if I had crawling kids or someone who would have trouble with stairs to get to a bedroom or bathroom. For charging $200 for cleaning, the house wasn’t clean (trash under the bed, toothpaste marks on counter, exploded coke in freezer etc) when we arrived and we were in charge of bringing our own towels, removing all of our trash after the weekend and then stripping and starting...
