"We had bats living in our roof, apparently knowingly by the owner (they built a house for them on the near cabin and they migrated to ours). We had to go to bed and sleep with constraint scratching and sliding noises, that was terrible. When we brought it to the attention of the team, they didn’t even bother apologising. The dinning experience over dinner and breakfast was terrible - worst service I’ve seen for a while and average food (it’s quite expensive considering its surroundings). Stay...

"The apartment was presented and equipped to a very high standard. The management company rep dealt efficiently with our arrival. Our only observation was that there is a road noise factor which can be annoying. Would recommend the accommodation to others. Did find it difficult to contact the owner between booking and receiving contact 2 weeks before arrival date. Web site needs improved for that purpose."

"First and foremost they lied in the ad- there is NO internet service. That was a dealbreaker for us, being that we're a 5- person working family who all had to have service. It was advertised as having internet- we complained from the get-go, but to no avail. Still nothing by the time we checked out on the 4th day.
