"Wonderful hotel, with incredible views and beach access. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Meals were enjoyable. Comfort, design and fixtures and fittings were great. Some maybe need replacement and care. The ownership does seem to take ‘ renovations seriously, so I am sure it will be like new soon."

"Our stay at this hotel began promisingly with a comfortable room, friendly staff, and good food. However, this positive experience took a sharp turn when we returned to find our room door wide open, with all our valuables—electronics, passports, clothing—exposed to anyone who walked by. Given that our room was less than 10 feet from an occupied room and only 50 feet from a restaurant open to the public, this situation was both unsettling and unacceptable. I immediately went to the reception, where the initial response was that housekeeping must still be in the room. This wasn’t the case; the room was empty. Eventually, a manager arrived and explained that an unexpected electrical issue required workmen to access our room throughout the day. Despite having our contact information, the hotel had failed to notify us about this, leaving our belongings vulnerable and exposed. The manager assured us the room was supervised all day, yet we returned to find it entirely unsecured and unattended—a direct contradiction to their assurances. This incident highlighted a complete disregard for guest security. Although we received a half-hearted apology, it was clear that guest safety was not a priority. Had we not been checking out the next day, we would have left immediately. If you value the security of your belongings and peace of mind while traveling, I would strongly advise booking elsewhere."

"This place is incredible! Front desk were so happy and welcoming, tour was really helpful. Facilities (rooftop pool, parkade, hallways and restaurant) were so clean and lovely. The apartment was incredible, only regret is not staying longer, 2 nights was not enough, would recommend 3-4. Local area was great and everything was convenient to access (pharmacy, stores, restaurants, supermarket), and a short journey to the beach (we drove and found parking easily). Apartment was gorgeous, comfortable and incredibly clean. Can’t recommend enough."

"We stayed for 2 nights in this wonderful apartment. It has the perfect location in a nice, quiet residential area that is walking distance to shops/dining and only a few steps to the beach! Host Steven was welcoming and super nice. The apartment was very spacious with great linens/bedding, a nice bathroom and the best shower! We had a nice seating area as well as a small balcony. Parking was secure (behind a locked gate). Overall, this is a great property and so convenient and lovely. Would definitely recommend!!"
