"The service afforded by the local staff was above expectations really excellent. Overall, the stay was really good value and I can honestly recommend this to anyone staying in Paris for a week or more especially if they have children. "For the first time in Paris. I really got lucky that this place had almost everything I needed. The second place i stayed was a better location but did not justice for me. I would definitely stay in the apartments again if I ever returned! "

"This is my second time at this property and I think it is very nice. Big and clean rooms with kitchenette and a VERY good gym round the deal for me. Azyz at the reception is a star. He really helped us a lot and we are grateful for that. Will go back again when in Paris. "

"Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in September as a base to visit Paris. Was greeted by friendly staff on reception. Room was clean. Breakfast available. Water station in lobby to fill up your water bottles for days out which was great! Only gripe was that bed was quite uncomfortable due to being a sofa bed? Ideal base for exploring Paris. "It's my regular hotel when I visit my company HQ (yearly). I've been there 3-4 times as is convenient for me: direct on RER B to Paris and to CDG airport, nearby my company, I can eat in the room (thanks to nearby supermarket and small kitchen in the room) if too tired to eat out. Overall is a good business hotel and I recommend if you need to stay in the area."

Outstanding Hotel

"Hotel was amazing. Room was a little hot for our liking as the air con only went to 19.5C but the room was practical and comfortable. We liked the separate toilet and the bathroom had a separate bath and shower which was handy for our disabled child. Bed was comfortable and so was the sofa bed too. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. For example, I asked for extra towels and straight away gave you towels. Definitely will stay at Novotel chain again. Location of the hotel was great especially Gare de Lyon nearby (15 min) and walkable plus there is metro station literally 2 mins away. "
