"A small but very well appointed room. The hotel is cute and quirky. It is very close to multiple metro lines, Gare de L'Est and walkable to many key sites. We will definitely be back. "

"This is a beautiful hotel that has gone over and above to make the guests fell important and welcome , the appearance , and the quality of the material that has been used to build this hotel are the best. Our room on the sixth floor had a partial view of the Eifel Tower , and the room was large and absolutely beautiful. I can not say enough about this place."

"The most common complaint about this property in the reviews is the location surrounding it, which thankfully was Not an issue at all during the 8 days I was there. It's just a super diverse area so if you're not used to that much diversity of course it's a little intimidating. Rest assured that nobody is camping outside the hotel trying to hurt anybody, streets are filled with joggers, bikers and people just doing their day to day errands. "Great for family trips. Our child enjoyed the magic hall and the room very much. We also went to the pool and she liked the baby pool a lot. The only drawback is that the water was too cold in the pool. I saw several parents took their children away because the water was too cold. We also didn’t let our daughter played for long there. Would be much better if the hotel had paid more attention to the pool facilities. "

"The place is really nice, although no elevator However I would said that when you look for a hotel is so there is easy access to it, this is a bit different as we have to wait for the person to give us access instead of getting to the reception and get the correct information. Over all it was good staying there"

Weekend has farmers market around the corner that span down a long street with many different vendors selling food to miscellaneous items. Outstanding Hotel

"Hotel was amazing. Room was a little hot for our liking as the air con only went to 19.5C but the room was practical and comfortable. We liked the separate toilet and the bathroom had a separate bath and shower which was handy for our disabled child. Bed was comfortable and so was the sofa bed too. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. For example, I asked for extra towels and straight away gave you towels. Definitely will stay at Novotel chain again. Location of the hotel was great especially Gare de Lyon nearby (15 min) and walkable plus there is metro station literally 2 mins away. "
