"Really nice townhouse. 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and then one other for general use. Nice little patio, full living room/dining and kitchen. It's in a great location for North Eastern parents visiting their student/kids. (aka Mills College) Maybe a 12 minute ride to campus...15 tops. Easy to get there. The home is a good value as well."

The host was very communicative and check in and check out was easy. We arrived to town a few hours early and the host let us check in early which was much appreciated. "This location was strongly suggested as a safe place to stay by our relative that lives in the area, and he was 100% correct. We always felt safe there! Our host was very personable and helpful and even let us check in three hours early because of our early flight (and the unit had completed the cleaning process). He had everything in the unit that we could have wanted. There were seven adults that stayed here and we loved it. We would stay there again without hesitation if we go back to visit...

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament and needed room to sleep for myself and 2 teens. It was great to have 3 separate sleeping areas and a kitchen to cook quick breakfasts and dinners. The only issue we had was with the heater, I couldn't figure out how to easily adjust it so at 4am each morning the temps got unbearably warm. I never had the time nor occasion to address it with the owners but if I had, I'm sure they would have addressed it quickly."

"We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. The house was large and well-maintained. It is in the center of Palo Alto, so it was close to everywhere we needed to go. The hosts were very friendly, extremely helpful, and quick to respond when we couldn't figure out how to unlock the electric stove. The house had all the amenities we needed. There wasn't anything missing. We will definitely stay there the next time we are in Palo Alto, California."

"Easy access to beach, dining and other shops. Plenty of parking. Easy access to event we were in town to attend. Carpets need cleaning or replacing. I asked for ground floor but had to climb stairs to 2nd floor. No elevator and I'm a senior with bad knees."
