We've rented a lot of homes when we travel and this was the nicest. The home is very comfortable and spacious. The beds were very good. They didn't skimp on anything when they furnished the home. We will stay here again."

"Lucky to have a convenient location in such a grand accommodation! The 8 of us had a great time in this big house. We home cooked most our meals and they were with ease, given the amenities. Easy walk to the TN State Museum where a few of us spent more than a day, even dared to go the distance a few times to Broadway for afternoon/evening music venues. Our host was super easy to stay in touch with and I can’t give enough thanks for their attention to our mixed travel itineraries. I hope to come...

"Overall, the stay was great! The host made sure we had everything that we needed. The host did greet us upon arrival and stay’s in the back yard in a little hut that you can see from the back bedroom window. It felt a little strange at first but he was nice and let us know he was around if we needed anything.It would have also been better to have the pet fee in the overall price when we paid originally instead of having to pay 200 the week of our vacation. "Overall impression of the property is impressive. Clean beds and nice showers. Concerns with property, had an issue with the instant hot water and they wanted me to try and trouble shoot it and then were trying to give me directions on what to do. Eventually they understood I was not willing to responsibility for the issue and sent someone out to correct the problem. The paint can in the master bathroom was a nice touch. Was unclear on what to do with trash bags of garbage. Was given mixed...

"The property was clean although the floor felt dirty.There were only two large towels and 2 washcloths for 4 people. No sheets for the sofa sleeper. Unfortunately we checked in late so we didn’t received the extra towels and sheets till the next day. Overall it was a really nice stay. "

"Property is in a great walkable safe location to 12 South restaurants and shopping. Bedrooms are spacious. Nice extra amenities for guests is a nice touch. Living area is for small groups only. I would stay here again with family."
