"We arrived the Monday before Christmas in the evening. There were minor cleanliness issues - sheets in one bedroom had hair and stains. Shower curtain in one bathroom was extremely dirty. However, one text to the property manager and we had new linens and a shower liner the next morning. Spacious. Mattresses are a little soft for my taste but plenty of space. There are two sets of bunk beds that aren't in the description so of you had little ones, it's perfect for that. 3 kings and 1 queen...

"This house worked great for our family (adult children). The house was stocked with plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, kitchen items, etc.Great location. Lyft XL rides were only 14 to get downtown (less than 10 for regular-sized car). A lot of services near the house.Awesome VRBO stay!"

"The pool was the highlight for our group of 12. During the day, we used it to cool off, and at night, we heated it up to use as a massive 18-foot hot tub that comfortably fit a majority of our group. The fire pit added to the ambiance while we cooked dinner on the grill, making the evenings even more special. The house itself is huge and incredibly spacious, with two living rooms for everyone to hang out in. The first living room is conveniently located next to the kitchen on the 1st floor,...

"The property was very nice and close to downtown area. The hosts were very nice and responsive and worked with us to extend our checkout without hesitation. Check in process was super easy and the house was well equipped with what was needed for an out of town trip. This was one of the nicest places we have stayed at regardless of location and will definitely save this for future trips to Nashville! "

"Great home for 3 couples with the 3 ensuite bathrooms. Very clean and nicely appointed. We loved being able to walk to the stadium but we would not have done it at night or on a non-game day. If the police hadn't been in the area, we would have gotten an uber. "
