"The Comfort Inn was a solid family stay for the price. We had great service at both the bar and at breakfast with a great variety of food. "We stayed one night. Overall room was nice and we have enjoyed our stays here. But there wasn’t any seating other than the beds. We didn’t have a desk chair or regular chairs. Also our phone didn’t work and there wasn’t a blow dryer. There was a bit dried area of liquid on the window seal that I accidentally put my hand into. Front desk folks are always great but do t like the $100 incidental fee…a tad much"

"The rooms are clean and updated, staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is very convenient to UPMC Shadyside and Hillman Cancer Center. My only complaint would be the awful garbage smell on the 3rd floor coming from the Housekeeping closet. It smelled as soon as the elevator door opened and in the hallway for the entire 4 days I stayed. I did mention it to the front desk so they can make improvements."
