"What a haven in busy Valparaiso! A garden oasis! Everything was perfect! Clean comfortable large room, tastefully decorated. The best breakfast I had in Chile. All the staff and the owner were so helpful and kind, allowing me to leave my luggage for the day, advising on things to do and arranging a driver to the bus station. The view of the harbor from the garden is classic! You feel like you are on top of the world, peering down on the activity. I really loved this hotel. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel was very good and the staff was wonderful as they were knowledgeable, understanding, and responsive to our needs. The breakfast was also good. The only negatives were that the TV never worked, the Internet was very poor at best, and the rooms were simply too small.
