"The view of the Bay/water front was beautiful. But if you were looking for the beach you need to go further up or down the coast. The hotel is clean, staff very friendly and the breakfast was more than just coffee & bread. You had fruit, egg, sausage, pastries and so much more to eat. This area was very walkable. As you walked the city the dining options were plentiful from Pizza to Chinese to local dining. Public transportation was easily found. The only disappointing aspect of the city was the Graffiti that was everywhere. But we enjoyed our time in Valparaiso. "

We had a small balcony from which we could see the ocean in the distance Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating Restaurant outdoors and inside was lovely Food excellent Maitrr’d very pleasant Cannot recommend highly enough great stay! "The staff at this hotel (like all staff we met in Chile) was stellar - helpful and friendly, super eager to solve any issue that came up or help us figure out how to get where we needed to go. The location is great and the hotel itself is cute. Our biggest complaint was the lack of ANY mechanism in the room to hang clothes. There were no hooks, no closet, nothing - we ended up fashioning a makeshift system to hang things so our stuff wasn't in a pile on the floor (there weren't even suitcase stands!) There was one small dresser, but when you are traveling you generally want to air things out and de-wrinkle, so it wasn't helpful. Otherwise, it was a great stay. We loved the outdoor seats upstairs where we had our morning coffee - great views of the city!"
