"Very nice property and hotel! Super convenient being so close to Universal Studios! Restaurants are amazing food and all the staff was excellent. Very safe and family friendly! Downsides are that the hotel is literally on the freeway and it is loud all the time, especially at night and the parking charge per night is $50 for self parking in a garage, or $60 for valet. That was an unexpected surprise when checking in. "

"I could not say more good things about our stay at the Lowe's in Hollywood. We had picked the hotel as it was the only one we could find that allowed us to pick the view we wanted, which was what we wanted. We were staying only for a night before traveling home and my daughter had wanted nothing more than to have a room that she could see the Hollywood sign from. We arrived a little early and our room was not ready, but they went ahead and upgraded us to a higher floor with a better view and larger beds, the room was great, I wish we had had spent more time in the room! While we were out walking the area, which is great, close to shopping, dining, sites, everything; the Lowes team left a lovely chocolate cake treat and handwritten card for my daughters birthday, it was completely unexpected, but made her feel so incredibly special. We spent hours in the heated pool at night, it amazingly gets dark enough that you can see the stars. 10/10, loved it and would stay there again and again. Definitely made a customer for life. "

"This is my go-to DTLA hotel. Friendly helpful staff, easy check-in/checkout, the room is always clean & comfortable! Quiet safe neighborhood. The hotel has a lot of charm & stands out from other places in the area. Easy walk to LA Live & other restaurants, stores, etc. The bar across the street is so fun; the oldest in DTLA! I'll definitely stay here again. "
