Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located in Rock Bay, a complex situated in Bahia de las Rocas. New furnished in a modern style with an open plan kitchen, fully air conditioned with it's own WiFi connection. Patio doors from the lounge lead directly onto the terrace with spectacular views to the strait of Gibraltar, sea and countryside. The terrace is furnished with table and chairs and an outside sofa.

The complex has underground parking included, communal swimming pool, gardens and a padel tennis court.

Vacaciones primera quincena de agosto
El alojamiento es tal cual figura en las fotos: espacioso y moderno. Dispone de todas las comodidades. Su ubicación es muy buena para lo que buscábamos nosotros: está alejado del centro del pueblo y frente a playas tranquilas de aguas cristalinas. Disponer de plaza de aparcamiento es un plus, aunque no haya excesivos problemas para aparcar en la calle. La zona es muy tranquila y agradable. Puede ser que haya sido coincidencia pero la ausencia de vecinos también se agradece. Para nosotros no ha supuesto ningún problema pero el uso del coche es prácticamente obligado para todo. Nosotros repetiríamos. Como ya hemos indicado en el apartado positivo, el alojamiento es muy bueno pero tiene dos problemas: uno, la potencia de luz contratada que impide poner el aire acondicionado y ducharte al mismo tiempo porque el agua caliente es mediante un acumulador eléctrico. Y dos, hay un problema evidente de hormigas. El primer punto aparentemente se solucionó aumentando la potencia y el punto dos te obliga a mantener una limpieza diaria exhaustiva: la primera miga de pan que caiga al suelo o que quede sobre alguna superficie supone que te encuentres muchas hormigas en pocos minutos. Las trampas para hormigas distribuidas por gran parte de la casa no cumplen su función. Por otra parte, supuestamente, según figura en las condiciones de contratación, creo recordar que una reserva de más de 10 días te daba derecho a un cambio de toallas en la primera semana. Ese cambio nunca se produjo durante nuestra estancia de más de 10 días. Nada que no pueda solucionar la lavadora con la que cuenta el alojamiento pero es un servicio que se ofrece y no se cumple.
