"I loved that it was steps to the beach! And then out the front door you were in the middle of Tamarindo Beach with everything in walking distance. Sunset time was special , really good people and dog watching as people strolled along the beach, with nice live music from the restaurant as everybody waited for the “ green flash” Both my two sunsets were spectacular! Shout out to Ronaldo and Carla at the front desk. They were awesome!! Carla-stay away from the food truck! 😂😂 My room was very clean, with a little kitchenette , stove and fridge! The water pressure was excellent, and there’s also an outdoor shower! Definitely get a massage on the beach, my Masseuse had magic hands! It was so nice with breeze, and the rain and the ocean waves! And affordable! I loved my three nights here and will definitely come back!"

"We stayed at Wyndham Tamarindo for 5 days & wouldn’t have changed a thing. The shuttle to town/beach club was always on time & punctual. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful & welcoming. Rooms were just as shown, beach views, quiet, comfy beds, & air conditioned. We loved Wyndham & the town of Tamarindo. Amazing trip & stay. "

"This was one of the most restful vacations we've had. The staff members are amazing. Stephanie, Rosa, Dejan and Rubi work perfectly as a team. Because the place is so well managed, we didn't have that many requests. However, when we did need something, the responses were immediate. This is a relatively small hotel that is well maintained. We had a beach bungalow, and it had an unobstructed view (except for the beautiful tropical foliage) of the ocean. The bungalow itself was nicely decorated with a full kitchen, and it was super quiet. The staff was constantly raking the short distance from the hotel to the beach, so every day we could safely walk barefoot from our bungalow to the ocean. The ocean temperature is ideal and the sand is super soft. We literally spent hours swimming in the calm waters. The breakfasts, brought to your room at your specified time, were a perfect way to start the day. Delicious mangos! The hotel grounds were very well manicured. It really makes you feel like you're staying at a special place. The location is also ideal. It's about a 10 minute walk to downtown, where there are grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. You can easily get there by walking on the beach, or on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. And because it is far enough from downtown, you don't hear any of the "downtown noise" when you're at the hotel. Could not have asked for anything more. Pura Vida!"
