"It was sad that there was no a remote controler to watch TV and no free Wi-Fi. There was also no shampoo, conditioner or body balm in the bathroom. The shower head didn’t have a stand and was spraying all over the floors snd walls, no option to have a bath because bath tap didn't work. "

"This hotel was excellent. The room and facilities were excellent and we would definitely stay again. However, we had terrible difficulty getting on the wi-fi. We asked on numerous occasions how to access the wi-fi at reception and eventually on the third occasion we were given the password and got on easily and really not sure why we were not given this when we first asked. This was a big problem for us as we had our 14 year old grandaughter with us and she was really unhappy with no wi-fi. We struggled for over 2 hrs. Other guests checking in were offered a welcome drink and we were not offered one. My husband eventually asked for one and we were given it, but we wouldn't have got one if we didn't ask. We also found one of the staff at reception quite rude. My husband has difficulty hearing and when he didn't hear what she said to him and he said pardon to her, she shouted back to him quite rudely. Also, we had booked a double room with a sofa bed for three people. We thought the sofa bed would have been made up but it wasn't. We waited for someone to make it up and no-one did. There were no sheets for us to do it. We tried to ring reception on the phone and kept getting an automated message that the number wasn't available. My grandaughter fell asleep on the sofa bed with no sheet and just a blanket. When we complained about this the receptionist said we should have rang. We told her we did ring and the phone number wasn't working. She didn't seem to care."

"Friendly staff and good food in the full board offer. Nice heated big swimming pool good for kids and separate for adults. Taxi transfer to airport available. "

"Reading the reviews beforehand I was a bit apprehensive but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Yes our room was dated but clean. The rooms at the other side of the building had been recently renovated. The food in this hotel was superb for a 3*. Selection of meats every day and night. Only downside of the pool was at this time of year it was shaded after 3 but there is terraces where u can move to get the sun. Staff were friendly and rooms cleaned daily. Very central location. Had a great holiday and would definitely return."

"A very good clean hotel ,there was someone often cleaning and polishing,the reception area, corridors and outdoors around the pool. Daily room service was fine although some days the tea and coffee sachets weren't replenished. The allocated room on 4th floor was compact, the bed very comfortable and it was in a quiet location. The bathroom was larger with a modern walk in shower and the outdoor patio was even bigger with a large sunbed for private use. Half board food was adequate, breakfast offerings a decent choice but a bit repetitive. Evening meals were better. I eat fish and seafood daily and there was a good varied choice of fish dishes throughout the week. Location of hotel is very good just short walks to the beach, the shops and the bus stop to travel further afield from the locality and to and from the airport (bus route 40) Enjoyed my stay that much i've booked up again for February 2026 "
