"We had the best time!! Really spacious apartment. Veronica was so nice. Our flight was delayed because of storm Darragh, but she was so understanding. Any issues we had (very few) were dealt with instantly. Will definitely go back. Its a perfect location in the centre of things.. a really nice development. Shout out to Luca and Victoria at the pool bar! Lovely people. Such fun. Thanks to Liviu upstairs too. Definitely recommend it. Just make sure you run the bidet when you're flushing cos...

"Am schlechtesten ausgestattetes Apartment, das ich je gesehen habe.Es gab keine Küchenmaschine, keine Geschirrtücher, keine zusätzlichen Mülltüten, kein Besen oder Staubsauger, kein Putzmittel.Die Pfanne voll abgekratzt, genauso wie zwei Messer – ekelhaft! Ein Geschirrschwamm war abgenutzt noch ekelhafter!!!Absolut unbequeme Stühle innen und draußen! Draußen die Sitzunterlagen schmutzig und (schon wieder) ekelhaft! An der Tür zum Badezimmer gab es ein tiefes Loch ca. 12 cm. Im Kühlschrank war...

"The appartment was first class. Very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is small but well equipped for holiday cooking. The living room is large, bright and airy. It suited our needs very well. We know Parque Santiago 1 well and always enjoy staying there."

It is located in Playa de las Americas, 1 minute from several nice restaurants, a 5-minute walk from the boulevard and it is within walking distance of "the strip".Despite this central location, there is hardly any noise pollution and that is really nice.The fantastic roof terrace has sun from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (we were there at the end of December) and there are sunbeds and good, large parasols. It is really lovely there!Parking was also no problem, there...

"Wonderful 1bedroom apartment in perfect location. Terrace got the sun all day so no need to pay for sun loungers around the pool. Lovely cafe on site for breakfast or snacks. "
