"Another amazing short break at DWO Palmeres. Fantastic hotel offset from the seafront, close to the main stretch of restaurants and bars, with some wonderful facilities to take advantage of. "A very nice little apartment hotel which I used while at Ironman Barcelona. The hotel likes the event so was very accommodating of bikes and things like that. Very friendly staff, chatted about how things were going and were happy to answer questions. The room was a little basic compared to a more expensive hotel, but for the price it was fine. "Overall it was good, but didn't feel like 5-stars. Acoustic is bad ( heard high hills noises from the corridor and the upper floor, cleaning team starting moving furniture early in the morning). No beverages at dinner ( even water), spa was overpriced for what you get, no netflix etc. Adding these little extra features will help feeling more welcome. We felt rushed by the staff during the meals and the cleaning team entered our room before 10 am while we were there."

"Booked for two nights as part of our Spain travel, Staff very friendly and accommodating, requested a last minute card and wine for my husband's birthday but they still made it possible, not too near to the beach area but very relaxing ambience and amenities. "The room and all spaces I passed by were very clean. I liked the idea of not wasting water and not changing towels so often. The spa was amazing. It was a very relaxing stay. The hotel has a luxurious feel, like more than 3 stars. I definitely recommend people to go above all for the spa. It is totally worth it. And have breakfast at the hotel. So many tasty choices. "
