"The rooms are small and outdated. They offer little to no comp toiletries. The beds are small and uncomfortable. Our door was not accepting any cards to open with so we had to be escorted upstairs every time with an employee, don’t see why they couldn’t put us in a different room. When you check in, they sent you a text with activation code for the door at 3pm and when you check out your access is discontinue at 11am. What we suppose to do with the luggage???
