"Bed/mattress is old and uncomfortable. Water pressure in unit was very low sink/shower. Room was extremely heat temp control was not assessible for room occupants. No security checks for vehicles entering the facility. On-site personnel need to have a standardized check-in process that covers all pertinent information for new quests to avoid unnecessary incidents with staff."

"I stayed here in early May for 10 nights, the hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was great. The customer service is excellent, if the staff cannot understand you use Google translate. The hotel is far from the city centre, I used Uber for taxis and I never had a problem, I didn't know Uber worked in Turkey. The grounds are nice and there is 24 hour security, and also, a pool and gym. The restaurant food is brilliant, I recommend the Margherita pizza. You can't wash your clothes for a cheap price or you can get the hotel to do it for you. The coffee and tea is delicious and the view from the room is something else."

"Overall very good hotel but if you want to visit Isanbul, the centre of the Istanbul where all attractions are quite far from the centre. Limited transport so you need to change multiple public transport to get to the centre. "

"We had a beautiful time in Istanbul and loved staying at Movenpick Living, the cleaning staff don’t get enough flowers, they were the absolute sweetest, I wish the pits where non stick as it made cleaning them a lot harder, it’s quite far from the center but there’s a free shuttle with an excellent driver who’s very polite and always on time, there’s also a metro station about 5-7mins away that will connect you to everywhere. Would definitely stay again. "
