I booked a non smoking room and there is constant cigarette smell entering my room. Staff are saying the hotels fully booked! They cant help me. They say tomorrow and then tomorrow and then tomorrow they dont seem to care about you at all!

I have been staying here for 7 days and its the 3rd day now there is no mirror in the room (clearly showing in the pictures there is a mirror) and everytime i ask the receptionists they keep saying tomorrow. Not a good experience

The hotel is well positioned but the care is not exactly the best. The cleaning is bad. Not having breakfast included I paid €15 a day but it's not worth it. The breakfast staff come to the table and ask you for a good review. There is a Gitaly restaurant and it's good but too expensive.
