The only person who does a great job in that location is just the cleaning lady. She did a excellent job. She’s so nice and the breakfast was really good other than that the Internet was bad transportation bad communication with the teams really bad. Fantastic Stay at Rotta Hotel Istanbul!** I recently stayed at the Rotta Hotel Istanbul and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is perfect – close to public transportation and key tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including fast Wi-Fi, a cozy bed, and modern amenities. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a delicious variety of local and international options. The view from the rooftop terrace was simply breathtaking, providing a stunning panorama of the city. Overall, I highly recommend Rotta Hotel Istanbul for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and well-located place to stay in this amazing city!

I think necessary some improvements.
The hotel seems be quite old, 1 restaurant good for breakfast but not appealing for lunch or dinner… difficult believe restaurant of 5 star hotel. In the room only one small bottle if shampoo no shower gel …..personel at floor say they run out of it. . SPA same level , many lockers out of order. Area where hotel is located quite low appealing even there no restaurant walking distance.

Well the good point was the hotel was a five star, good food and clean But the negative point is it's far away about one hour from the city, the air conditioner was bad and warm, the staffs couldn’t speak well English just some of them

The hotel wasn’t clean the manger told me the room have multiple Complan wasn’t clean and still give to the gust you can’t sleep at night because bad odor from the bathroom the front desk they are very rude and unprofessional I was try to address my issues she was start complaining about me having a gust as I book the room one adult then I try to explain we have arrived in different day and time I wasn’t fully understanding and I contacted Expidia address the situation and the hotel give me 2 choices to give me a clean room or refund me the 11 unused night over USD I chose the refund and checked out the hotel then the hotel denied my refund

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, car park not fit for purpose, damaged the underside of my car going in and out it. No one to help with the bags when checking in, had to do it myself, the receptionist couldn’t care less, WiFi not working most of the time, constant power cuts in the room. Breakfast selection was rubbish, no chocolate Nutella for the kids, kept blaming suppliers, how hard can it be just to go to your local market and pick one up instead of saying no to your customers, Housekeeping non existent.

Unfortunately this property was the worst we’ve stayed in so far. Really dirty, staff were moody definitely should not be a 5 star! Far from the centre, and air conditioning was not working in the room had to change rooms also which was inconvenient.

Verry bad
The hotel was so bad, restaurant had only 2 Main courses on the menu. The food tasted verry bad - the food was either not properly cooked or burnt. The Staff was rude, the hotelroom was so nasty and dirty. i do not reccomend this hotel at all!

Good place for business trips
Staff is very friendly, breakfast was so bad, location is not near to any subway and the only kind of public transport is the bus. If you are traveling through Istanbul Airport it’s near to it but for Sabiha its too far. Clearness and comfort are in high quality.
