"It's an old Hilton hotel, a little shabby at the edges but comfortable with a gym, pool, a spacious room with kettle and fridge and all the extras included. The late check out of 12 meant we could relax, swim have breakfast rather than rushing around to get ready to leave. Price was good too for a family of 4. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"Quick overnight city break in Blackheath. Very pleasant location and general surroundings of Blackheath Village. Although the room could perhaps have benefited from a little bit of a refresh, it had a generously-sized and very comfortable bed. Small bathroom which was fine. Very good buffet breakfast. Room didn't have one of the prime views over the heath, but that wasn't a problem as it was nice and quiet where I was. Only minor fault was that the wifi wasn't particularly strong in my room and the connection dropped on a number of occasions. I tended to use my data instead. Would definitely stay here again, no debate."

"Very nice comfortable room (room 57), very spacious, comfortable bed, and nicely designed bathroom. Parking was easy and convenient. Breakfast was lovely and the service was excellent. My only slight criticism was the bright green light on all night in the room which was distracting."

"Very friendly staff, no issues dropping a bag off at lunchtime, then checking in later at night, after a concert. Room was clean and modern and everything worked. Breakfast was improved from other Express hotels I've stayed in a while ago, a good amount of choice and all fresh, pretty much a full buffet, plus cold items; certainly much better than I expected. Very happy with that aspect. 10 minute walk from East Croyden Train Station through the town, very easy to find. 410 bus to Crystal Palace Park from the side of the station, easy peasy."

"I liked that as i had forgotten to bring a wash cloth i was able to ask for a wash cloth and it was delivered to my room dinner of fish and chips on the first night was delicious and a generous portion however we chose to use uber eats as we didn't see anything else on the menu that we fancied for dinner overall we'll definitely visit again many thanks to the staff for making our visit very pleasant "
