"Reception staff could be better only 1 fully trained duringbthe day over staff ask her she leaves her customers so double the time to get sorted. "Very comfortable for a short winter break. Jacuzzi Sea view rooms excellent. Plenty of variety in the buffet dining room and evening entertainment was entertaining! Perfect location for the old town."

You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. Took half an hour for them to find the key , I had messaged the place twice for check in help .they didn't answer "

"Wasn’t worth the money charged. Was more of a Camping/Caravan type holiday than a hotel all inclusive. Not much to the resort, zoo and water park experience is 3 days at most. "

"Property was quite tired in places and not brilliantly laid out with accommodation across three towers and maybe 15 floors. Only four bedrooms per floor so you spend an inordinate amount of time waiting for lifts which are slow and very wobbly. "Excellent facilities and wonderful breakfast. Room had excellent view over harbour and beach. Good sized room but air con broke down and could not be repaired - offered another room - but with excellent view decided to stay put. Really good stay."
