"The physical resort was phenomenal. The two reasons I did not give it a five star were 1) that the water pressure in the showers were so low. I never felt clean and could not wash my hair properly, and 2) the hotel restaurant was more expensive than the local restaurants. The days we didn't prepare food in our kitchen, we had to leave the resort. If the prices had been comparable, we would have eaten at the resort more often. The food was delicious, just astronomically expensive. Everything else...
