"Terrace room pool was unsatisfactory. Unheated and filled with algae. I wouldn’t go in this pool even if it was heated. Not happy I paid extra for it. Crickets chirping outside our room all 3 nights in hallway and resonating. Didn’t get a wink of sleep. Our host/concierge Victor was amazing. Very helpful and some great English. Location can’t be beat. Right on the square. A few clean ups and it would get 5 stars. "

"The service at this hotel (both daytime and nighttime) was exceptional. David was particularly attentive and charming. Location was great for shopping on Las Ramblas. Although it was noisy outside at night, it was quiet in the room once the patio door was closed. The best part was wine on the rooftop from 7-8pm. Would definitely stay again!"
