The pier on the pond with kayaks and a fire pit overlooking this gorgeous property are all nice touches. The only minor thing for me, I’m 6 feet and over 220 so the bed and shower were a little tight for someone my size. But I made it work. "

"Nice property, well furnished. There was confusion regarding what property we had booked. We had seen listing for a 5 bedroom property and had selected to rent that property, at no time did we view the listing for this 3 bedroom house. After we made final payment it was brought to our attention that we had rented a 3 bedroom property. Lizzie worked to help us, but the issue with the listing caused us to have to rent another property to accommodate all of our party."

"Perfect rental for four couples in Canandaigua attending a friend’s wedding. Well apportioned house with everything we needed. Comfortable beds, very clean, and well maintained. Sitting on the back porch sipping Riesling from a local vineyard was one of our favorite activities! Excellent location, close to restaurants, walking trails and vineyards."

"We had a great trip enjoying the snow! The house itself is old, and definitely needs some repairing, but nothing major that required immediate maintenance. I would say if you go during winter, bring blankets! Theirs are pretty thin. Great backyard! The owners were great and checked in with us throughout the stay. "We were in town for the NCAA D3 Indoor Track & Field Nationals. The house was a perfect location and just right for our needs. We loved all of the little personal touches. We all agreed it was like staying at grandma's house, warm, cozy and comforting. It has wonderful charm and my dad was ready to move in permanently. Even had some deer pass through one night. We would most definitely recommend!! "
