They genuinely asked how our day was and they were the nicest. Nicolas in particular was fantastic! We loved seeing and greeting him daily. He gave us fantastic pointers and recommendations! Ramiro at the front desk was also super helpful and so nice! Elliot the bartender made us delicious drinks and Miriam was our housekeeper that did our turndown service and gave us a hand written note. Thank you to everyone that helped make this an unforgettable 40th birthday trip! I hope to come back to Cusco soon. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel!"
