"Very handy hotel within easy (3min) walking distance of Pisa airport. Rooms are basic but very clean and great for an overnight stay if you have an early flight to catch. We arrived the day before our flight so we're able to leave our bags and spend the day in Pisa (10 mins. from the hotel using the Pisa Mover train at the airport (buy a return ticket - it's slightly cheaper). "

"This is a pretty good place to stay at. It’s all on one floor but keep in mind it’s up two flights of stairs. On the site it does say that there is no elevator but it doesn’t state clearly that it’s on the second floor. The bathroom was super clean however the floors could use some work there was lots of dirt no carpet. Would stay again if I bring someone to take my suit case up the stairs. The owner was very nice and checks on you throughout your stay. "

"The property is in walking distance to the airport. We received clear messages from the owner how to access the building and the the room itself. It is very basic but clean, enough for a few days for a stopover. For being close to the airport it is noisy but we were tired so didn’t wake up at night. "

"Simple but just enough for one night. The lady who gridded us was very nice. Room door very difficult to open with key. Bathroom not in room but still private. You have to come out of your room into a common small area and then go into the bathroom. It was kinda different, but I did not see anyone else there to share bathroom. Very convenient to walk to station , 3 blocks and a 15 min walk to the leaning tower where there were many restaurants . Very safe walk . Many small stores to buy water,...

"The place is walking distance from the airport which made it convenient for a quick over-nighter. The property was easy enough to access and despite being late to check in the staff made sure I had the information I needed to get in. It’s dated and a little bit shabby but very clean and acceptable. They provided nice snacks, and beverages for a cost which was a nice surprise after our long travel. A little noisy with being able to hear other people in their rooms and semi-private bathrooms...

"We had such a lovely time away in Pisa, this is a great place to stay and the location was good too. Things to note that it's a self check in. You have to let them know yoru arrival time 24 hours before. On departure you need to leave some money for city tax (i forgot and had to transfer it after leaving). They owners are contactable on whatsapp but it took over 24 hours to get a response"

"The location is perfect - a few steps away from tower and cathedral. The staff was very responsive via what’s app until we paid local tax and after that she stopped answering. The B&B is located 4 flights of stairs in the building, once we got there, to get to my room I had to climb a narrow spiral staircase with no hot water in the bathroom. My luggage did not fit through the staircase so I had to leave it at the main floor of the B&B. I called and messaged the owner and my questions never got...

"Overall very clean newly refurbished rooms, unfortunately there is only one bathroom / shower area to be shared by all guests. Potentially you could have eight to ten people accessing the bathroom facilities. There appears to be four different rooms on the floor. If you are staying here you have to phone ahead to arrange the handover of the keys as there isn’t anyone on-site "

"Not so good. Shower curtain has mildew on it and the bathroom was shared. We arrived from the airport very late and gave the taxi driver the address. When he stopped outside we thought there might be a mistake as there was no sign and it didn’t look like a hotel. I checked the email which was all in Italian. It was 1am in the morning. However I saw someone else trying to enter the code for the front door and went in with them. I showed them my email and they helped us find and get into our room....

"Very dated wobbly bed but was comfortable ,repair marks in room with pipes and wires showing didn’t realise the bathroom wouldn’t be in our room and had to walk along the hallway to use😱 Best thing about it was the cup of tea in the morning and a couple minutes walk to leaning tower "
