"We did NOT stay at this hotel. We checked in and was greeted by a gentleman who refused to give me his name! He called his wife to meet us at the room. She opened the room with the key and left. Once inside I was shicked at the condition of the room!! It was disgusting. I went to the office and asked for a refund. I was told they don't offer refunds. "We were in town for a conference and opted to stay at a cabin rather than a hotel. This cabin was perfect and had everything we wanted, including a king sized bed, hot tub, large comfortable couch, and much more. The place was extremely clean and well appointed, and communication with the property manager was prompt and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back. Thank you!"

"First time to the area. Easy to get to all three of the parks from the cabin. Pipestem is a beautiful park right acoss the road.The cabin was well equipped with blankets, towels & more . Of course i loved all the bear decor. Would highly recommend this cabin for your vacation spot. We hope to be back in the future.Lots to see and do. do and see"
