"Very nice and unique accommodation. Very comfortable. Elena and staff very friendly and helpful. Superb restaurant extremely well decorated and wonderful food. Meal was reasonably priced. Great Italian breakfast. Beautiful surroundings. Mountain town of Scarlino very interesting with fortress on top. Lots of history. Didn't use pool as we didn't stay long enough and it was October."

"The hotel is situated in a rural location, although there are factories there to. We were very kindly given a room upgrade which was very nice as we stayed with them last year. The room was spacious, well equipped, very comfortable bed and included a kitchen which was very nice to have the use of. All staff were very friendly, helpful and we made as much effort to speak a little Italian, to which I am sure they appreciated. A good location to stay. "A super bright and comfortable room right in the heart of the old town over looking the water, super friendly people, clean and comfortable and charming decor! No toiletries but supermarket opposite the door so easy the get shower gel etc, it’s on the second flight or so travel with a lighter bag to carry! "Honestly one of the most pleasant places we've stayed at. Everything was thought through, we had everything we needed. The garden with vegetables and fruits is a great bonus. The house is lovely and comfortable. The hosts are super responsive and kind. Would recommend!"
