"Our Bibo Suites apartment was amazing! Right across the street from the Cathedral. So close you could almost reach out and touch it. We had a beautiful, spacious apartment on the top floor with lots of windows and a nice view of the Cathedral and the nearby mountains. The apartment and bathroom were very clean. Our only regret was that we only had it for one night."

"Communication was great before we arrived. Knowing that we would arrive when no one was there, they wanted to make sure that we would arrive safely. We drove, so definitely follow THEIR directions. Google and apple maps don't take you the correct way. You enter into a blocked area that only vehicles with the okay can pass through. "Great location, we did not need a car, we just took the train / bus / walked to where ever we needed to go. Lots of stores, shops, panderias in the area. The apartment was well laid out, and perfect for our family of 5 which included 3 kids. Fernando made the check in process very easy and he was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely consider staying at Casa Montalbán in the future."

"This was a spacious and clean apartment with amazing rooftop balcony. The kitchen and common areas were equipped with everything we needed.The view from the rooftop was awesome. If you stay here, be prepared that you will need to do a lot of uphill walking to get here, and most taxis/ubers will not drop off/pick up right at the apartment. Please also note that the AC is not that strong."

"This hotel is pristine! Wonderful front staff. Christina offered great suggestions and was very helpful with parking. The neighborhood is perfect with shops and restaurants and so much was an easy walk from the property. The room was huge with a living area and king bed and kitchen with a dishwasher. Double sinks in the bath plus separate tub and shower. There is a rooftop terrace with a seasonal pool. We didn’t want to leave!"

"Absolutely loved this hotel. The self check in is confusing at first but you sort it out in the end. Super clean and you get access to other facilities at the Gran Hotel. However the communication was a bit confusing as we didn’t realise what we had access to on the last day there. Staff were so helpful when we left luggage with them. The bathroom is the best! "
