"Lovely, spacious and well appointed property. The gardens are very well kept and all our needs were catered for. The children loved the space, pool and play area. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedding was fresh, clean and tidy. It is secure and safe environment and we will use it again. The owners are really nice people and were available if we needed anything. Good value for the money paid. Thank you to our host. James"

"Lovely house. Nothing worked. Owner never checked appliances worked before we arrived. We were made to pay for new appliances, beds held together with cable ties and a live chandelier which my husband got a shock off. Not suitable for very young or elderly as steep steps have no hand rails."

"Bed were comfortable, great location, walkable to everywhere. Staff at the front desk were excellent. Although booked on Expedia.ca communication was in Spanish and couldn't change the website to English when completing the check in."

"Luis was extremely helpful and excellent communication via whats app. Great location close to the cathedral, shops, restaurants, etc. There’s a small grocery store steps away and a great breakfast spot. The building has been restored yet maintains a vintage feel with loads of character. the apartment is bright, spacious and very clean. The bed is large and comfortable with good pillows. parking is an easy walk with good access to highway. can’t fault anything!"

Outstanding!

"Superb service from the Granada Melia team from arrival to departure. Staff were pleasant and very frendly. They gave lots of ideas of what to do in Granada and for the rest of our stay in Spain. I had booked a junior suite as a treat for my boyfriend's birthday which came with access to the Level. I'm glad I did as the room was wonderful and access to the Level made the trip even more special. I wished we could have stayed longer. I will definitely book this hotel again."

"Extremely super property with staff that will go out of their way to assist and please with a great friendly attitude. Ambiance business as well as family friendly with heated outdoor swimming pool and relaxing very nicely maintained area. Great buffet breakfast with variety that can suit to every liking. Eco/nature friendly that is noticeable throughout the property. The hotel has two buildings joined by a walkway on the 3rd floor via elevators. Upscale department stores, cafes and dining options are all around within the easy walking distance. "
