"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "We received cancellation notice at 8:30am on the day of our stay. No warning at all. We were left scrambling for a place to stay for our family of five. I have reached out to the VRBO person and she has not responded to me whatsoever. I hate leaving negative reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous."

"Big and clean apartment. Was not easy finding an appartement this size in Lisbon. Was well located. Even if the plaza in front doesn't have anything interesting, it was a short walk from many other attractions and neighbourhoods. Plus there is a metro and the start of the tram line 28. Nice view of the castle also."
