"This wonderful little apartment has all the amenities needed for a great stay. Nice sleeping area, nice bathroom, great view and nice little eating nook. The location is perfect with literally a dozen restaurants within a stones throw. It is very easy to get on the the local trolly cars, Tuk Tuks, cabs or Uber from your front door. Excursions to other areas of Lisbon and even further like Sintra are easy to setup due to this. The owners were great communicators and easy to get a hold of....

"Amazing stay! I was able to check in early and water and essentials was waiting for me. I appreciated the clear and consistent communication. Close to amazing food places, and overall the studio was clean and very comfortable! Unsure why reviews seem mixed, I thought the studio was cozy, clean and very comfortable!"

"Mix communication regarding check in. Also mix communixation for check out. We were told by the personnel that checked us in (Nuno) that the cleaning people woukd take care of the garbage, fridge and to leave the keys on the kitche table. The place was clean and large and very comfirtable. "

"Stayed there with my sister and brother in law and godson, and we loved every bit. Great location, quiet and enjoyable. The garden with swimming pool is perfect to have an outdoor meal and relax. Def recommend, and would like to stay there again."

"+ Spacious room, nice swimming pool, charming rustic-style villa, good location between Lisbon and Sintra, very friendly manager. - no air conditioning, for unit no. 1 you have to keep one of the windows blinds always closed, because on the adjacent balcony there is access from the common kitchen, which is for 9 rooms."

"Everything was easy and simple. Communication with Miguel was great! He allowed us to check in early so we didn’t have to drag luggage around lisbon. We had everything we needed and walked everywhere and the metro was very very close!"

"Property is nice, as advertised. We really liked how it is in a quiet area/neighborhood. Lots of restaurants/stores within the area. Host is nice, helpful and very++ responsive to our messages. The only thing is, the hot water is kind of hard to control and it ran out on our last day, but good thing is that, the host was very responsive and prompt to fix it. "

"We had an amazing stay in this apartment, location was terrific for us. The apartment was very clean, great showers, Ana was very helpful and offered a late check-out which was super helpful. The arrangement of the spaces is unusual, in that the rooms are all in one building stacked vertically, with the bottom bedroom at street level and the other two accessed from a separate stair next door on the second and third floors; each bedroom/floor has its own bathroom. "Our stay was absolutely wonderful we will be back. Vasco's communication as a host was clear and helpful. The home itself was well equipped for our family and provided us with everything needed for our 7 month old son. We enjoyed the swimming pool, location and all the home has to offer. It's perfect for quiet evenings and family bbqs on the gorgeous terrace."

"I chose the hotel because it’s close to Train Oriente station; we had to go to a different part of Portugal. There’s not much to see around the hotel so unless you are going to train or airport there’s no reason to live here. It’s a wonderful place, with clean, modern decor. It’s quiet for a good night sleep. Our AC was broken( what luck! The other hotel we stayed in Lisbon center AC was also broken). But this hotel staff was apologetic and offered to change the room for us. I will look for Moov brand/ chain in the future. "

"Amazing staff, easy check-in/check-out, room service was top notch with a variety of options. This hotel has it all, you can stay there all day or take a quick uber or tram to all the downtown fun. Shopping mall and fantastic places to eat are walking distance and its only a shortdrive from the airport as well. I cannot wait to go back! 10 stars!"
